It will be a busy weekend for the Fitzgerald family of Rathcormac this coming weekend.
On Friday, Denis will likely reassume his full back berth for the Cork Minor hurlers as they face Waterford in the Munster Final at 7.35pm in Semple Stadium, Thurles.
If that wasn't enough of an achievement and honour for himself, his family and his club, his younger brother Jack will then take to the field at half-time during the Cork and Limerick clash in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Fixture in Limerick on Sunday.
This is a unique achievement. We wish the two young Rovers, Denis and Jack, the very best as they pull on the red and white of Cork this weekend.
