Applications Open for Peer Coach Support Programme
The Ladies Gaelic Football Association are delighted to open applications for their Peer Coach Support Programme and the closing date is Friday 28th March.
The aim of the peer coach support programme is to:
- Provide extra coaching support to coaches who want to improve or further develop their coaching behaviour and approach in their clubs.
- Explore how a coaches coaching philosophy and values is represented in their coaching sessions
- Develop the ‘how’ of coaching and how to apply relevant coach education theories to their coaching practice
- Enable a coach to analyse the performance of a peer coach and provide feedback
